1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
- A copy of the invoice or order number must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged.
- Custom-made or engraved pieces.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

4. Exchanges
Pieces may be exchanged in the following cases:
- A manufacturing defect.
- A change in size or design (subject to availability).
The customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges, except when the issue is on our side.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
