Return & Exchange Policy

At HILYA, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our pieces. We offer the following return and exchange policy:

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • A copy of the invoice or order number must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged.
  • Custom-made or engraved pieces.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

4. Exchanges

Pieces may be exchanged in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect.
  • A change in size or design (subject to availability).

The customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges, except when the issue is on our side.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery within Qatar

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
